| Ben works as a warehouse manager and has just launched his own personal training company called Double “R” Fitness. Ben is dedicated to keeping fit and reinventing old-school exercises routines such as the “Turkish Get-Up” which is a kind of sideways sit-up with a heavy weight; basic training for all Turkish wrestlers 100 years ago.
