Heavyweight elimination contest ends with disqualification for Andrew "The Rock" Costello! - Wolfram von Stauffenberg will challenge Gianluca "Il Dottore" Sirci in Hamburg!
Costello opened with a queen's gambit, which was declined by v. Stauffenberg. Costello attacked on the king's side, but v. Stauffenberg defended himself well in the first round. In the following boxing round v. Stauffenberg couldn't use his expected advantage because of the clinching Costello. The following chess round ended at a disadvantage for v. Stauffenberg, his time on the chess timer was running out. Costello continued his attack with his pawns on the king's side and in the next boxing round Costello got a point deduction due to continuous clinching. After a punch on the back of the head Costello was disqualified.
