CBOI - 12th National Chessboxing Championship

The 12 National Chessboxing Championship was held in Kovalam, Kerala from June 7 to June 9 , 2024. Organised by Chess Boxing Organisation of India. The event was hosted by the Kerala State Chessboxing Association, for the first me, marking a significant milestone in the state's sports history.

This championship was a historical event as it was the first me Kerala hosted the National Chessboxing Championship. The event showcased the state's capability to organise national-level sporting events and highlighted Kerala's growing interest in diverse sports. More than 100 athletes participated in this National Championship and witnessed the growth of Chessboxing. The championship saw fierce competition among various state teams, with participants demonstrating exceptional skills in both chess and boxing.

The Championship can also be termed as INDIAN TEAM SELECTION for upcoming 2nd Asian & 3rd Indian Open International Chessboxing Tournament scheduled to take place from 26 to 30 July 2024.
